Balancing a career as a paediatric nurse with the demands of motherhood is both a challenging and rewarding journey. This dual role has given me unique insights into the fears and challenges that parents and carers face during medical emergencies.

At home, I'm a mother to two energetic young boys. My nursing background gives me a distinctive perspective on the common—and not-so-common—dangers children face. Like all parents, I worry about their safety, but my professional experience means I am acutely aware of how quickly accidents can happen and the serious consequences they can bring.

My goal is to bridge the gap between professional medical knowledge and everyday practical skills, ensuring more people are equipped to handle unexpected situations with confidence.
