For over a decade, I have dedicated my career to paediatric nursing, with the last 11 years spent in a Surrey-based Accident and Emergency department where I continue to work.​

As both a nurse and a mother of two young boys, I've experienced A&E from both sides, giving me a deep understanding of the urgency and impact of medical emergencies. My commitment to sharing my knowledge and skills with others has always been a priority. ​

This drive to empower people with life-saving skills led me to create Start Confident First Aid. I aim to provide accessible, community-based training that equips individuals to handle emergencies effectively.
Drawing from my extensive personal and professional experiences, Start Confident First Aid offers customised training sessions for groups or individuals.
